The £450 one-off build covers everything needed to get your website live: tailored copy written for you, all the essential pages, mobile-friendly design, GDPR cookie consent, search engine friendly setup, and submission to Google, Bing and AI search platforms on launch. The £15 a month covers everything after that: your domain, hosting, SSL certificate, security and software updates, backups, and minor content changes when your business changes.

Yes. Your domain name, hosting, SSL certificate and all the technical setup are covered by the £15 a month, for as long as your plan is active. There is nothing extra to buy or renew separately.

You won’t pay until your site is ready and you’ve approved it for launch. The build is a one-off £450. After launch, hosting and maintenance is £15 a month on a rolling basis.

We supply four logo concepts to choose from, based on your business details and any preferences you share with us. You pick your favourite. You only pay for your logo if you’re happy with it. Once payment is received, we upload it to your website and send you the hi-res version for use elsewhere: branding, print, signage, whatever you need.

Absolutely. If you already have a logo, we’ll use it on your website. Just send it across and we’ll take care of the rest.

No problem. If you already have a website or domain, we will provide clear DNS instructions so your provider can point the domain to your new website. Where access is required, we will guide you through the safest way to do this without sharing sensitive account credentials. We only repoint your website, not your emails, so there’s no disruption to your email service.

We submit your website to Google as part of the launch checks. It can usually take a number of days for Google to start indexing your website, and it normally takes 2–4 weeks before you start seeing your website appearing in Google for your business name. Every site is built with SEO best practices including optimised page titles and meta descriptions, clean URL structure, fast page load speeds, structured heading hierarchy, mobile-first responsive design, image optimisation, and proper schema markup where applicable. For searches on your business name, your website should appear once indexed. Ranking for broader searches such as services in your area usually requires ongoing SEO work over time.

No one can guarantee specific Google rankings, and anyone who does is making promises they can’t keep. What we can guarantee is that your website will be built with solid SEO foundations and submitted to Google on launch. For your business name, your site should appear within a few weeks. For competitive service searches, consistent SEO effort over time is what makes the difference. We offer a Local SEO Support add-on if you’d like ongoing help with that.

If other businesses share a similar or identical name, it may take longer for your website to appear prominently in Google for that name. We help by optimising your site with your location and service type to differentiate you. A Google Business Profile listing, available as an add-on, also helps establish your business identity in local search results.

Yes. Minor text and image updates are included as part of your ongoing maintenance. If you need larger changes such as new pages or additional features, we can quote for those separately.

You own all the content you provide and the website copy we write for you. The design, code, and underlying systems remain with Launch My Local Site while your plan is active. If you cancel, we can provide your content on request within 30 days of termination.

Just mention it when you enquire. If you need something beyond the standard build, whether that is booking systems, e-commerce, integrations or anything custom, we’ll talk it through and prepare a tailored price before any work starts.

No minimum term. Hosting and maintenance is £15 a month on a rolling basis, and you can cancel whenever you like with 30 days’ written notice by email. Your website, hosting and maintenance stay live for as long as your plan is active.
